The one happy memory people have from their childhood, college years is playing tailgating games with their family and friends on the backyard, munching on barbecued ribs and sipping on iced cold beer. Tailgate games have been a huge part of sporting tradition since the advent of sports. People tend to bring out their competitive side when they play such games. But, the only reason these games have been around is for entertainment purposes. These are the kind of games not only entertain but also bring people together.

Beer pong is another famous tailgate game. Its a huge favorite among teenagers and college students. The objective of the game is to bounce a ping pong ball into a cup at the other end of the table. The team that knocks of all the cups first wins the game. The secret to enjoying this game is only if people are intoxicated. Beer pong is a huge favorite among people of all ages. The reason for this is, these tables are completely foldable and fold four ways. These tables are also very customizable as people can buy tables with games on both sides. The top can have a beer pong table as usual and the bottom could have any other preferred game, like football, baseball or a basketball field.
Tossing for example like the washer toss and the football toss is another variation of tailgating games. They revolve around the idea of tossing circular tubes around cylindrical drums and tossing bolos on rungs from a distance. These game variations could be either team based or individual player depending on number of people present during game play.
These are but a few options of tailgating games available in stores and online. There seems to be no end to the variations of whats available and the amount of games being invented currently. Tailgating games are great source of entertainment which encourages people to come together and bring out their competitive spirit.
